The Heinke Award is the premier award within the BSAC, each year it is awarded to the club deemed to have done the most to further the interests of its members and the BSAC. 2009 has been such a good year for Mansfield 735 that we think we can put together a very good bid for this years award.
We need your help, your ideas and photos to make this bid the best BSAC have seen.
You may have already received an email and if you haven't you'll be getting another one. Get in touch with Mat Harrison for more info.

Merry Christmas All
Just a reminder that there will be no baths sessions 21st, 26th or 28th of December. We'll see you all in the new year.
Don't forget to come along and support our raft and the RNLI at the boxing day raft event at Matlock Bath, 10:00 (ish).

Mansfield Diving Club has been given a silver award by the Active Ashfield, Club Accreditation Scheme.
Many thanks to all those who put so much hard work toward our accreditation especially Jane Taylor, it could not have been done with out her.

The club compressor is temporarily out of action after being moved to its new home.
We have also acquired a new compressor but that too isn't quite ready for action as yet (Thanks to all those who helped to move it). We are trying to source a temporary supply of air, if you have a cylinder to fill Go Dive or SDS, are probably your best bet in the mean time.
We'll keep you posted.

You may have seen the expedition reports section on the website, these are a great way for new members to get an idea of where we go and what we do, however its looking a little bare.
If you been somewhere with the club or have a trip report from years gone by let me have them and I'll stick them online. It doesn't need to be much a paragraph or two will do, photos are welcome too.
Thanks
Mat
